Due Diligence
Due Diligence is essential to the real estate lending and/or acquistion process. ECAC's experience in entitlement, design and construction provides the knowledge base to conduct thorough, timely and menaingful property research for owneers, buyers and lenders.

Entitlement
Each of the Principals of ECAC has over 25 years of experience in the Land Development process including entitlement, design, and construction. ECAC can provide expertise through the entire entitlement process from annexation/zoning through final plan approvals. Each project and jurisdiction has its unique requirements and ECAC has the experience and relationships with consultatnts and legal firms to assemble or work with your team to achieve the projects objectives.

Project Management
ECAC staff has the experience of manage the project through constuction. Their direct involvement in the process from beginning to end will result in value engineered solutions consistent with project objectives. ECAC can, with the owners, develop a budget and monitor costs and provide regular analysis as the project proceeds.
